El entorno, la habitación, la vista.
Que no tuviera todos los servicios activos. Por ejemplo, los masajes en el SPA. Sería fabuloso si tuviera una piscina temperada con vista a las montañas. Tiene el espacio y el entorno para tenerla.

La ubicación en medio de un entorno natural precioso.
El mantenimiento del hotel podría mejorar: las toallas son antiguas, los colchones muy blandos, los caminos e instalaciones alrededor del hotel están algo abandonados, las instalaciones son básicas. Se entiende que sea sencillo porque está en medio de un lugar de difícil acceso, pero podría mejorar. Probablemente la circunstancia de que sea la única alternativa hotelera de la zona influye.
